  Holy Holy last night it was slammed with a big rush but honestly they did really good. Shout out to Allen, Stella, and darn I forgot their names but I think Jamila & Malik? I really hope I didn't just mess up any of their names

  First time at Cava because there's none where I live and I love it! Food is so good and fresh. Service is efficient and great, especially Lindsey. She is so sweet and patient. She answered all our questions about the drinks without getting annoyed, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back to this location the next time I'm in Phoenix

  I discovered Cava in NYC. I was thrilled when it came to the Phoenix area. I've been to many of the locations in the valley, but for some reason the University and Rural is my favorite. The staff is always personable and upbeat and recognize me with a friendly smile. My favorite thing to order is greens and grains with salmon!! Delicious and healthy!!

  Without a doubt, Cava Tempe is one of the best places I’ve visited. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how clean and well-maintained everything is. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and perfect whether you’re dining alone or with friends. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious, and you can really taste the care that goes into every meal. The portions were satisfying, and everything was beautifully presented. What made the experience even better was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s not easy to find a place that delivers on cleanliness, amazing food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere all at once, but Cava Tempe truly does. This is definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Five stars without hesitation! ★★★★★
