  My family and I visited for the first time, and I was surprised that even though the place was absolutely packed we were served very quickly. Our server was quite patient and helpful with cocktail recommendations, and the manager, Stephanie, was lovely, attentive, and kind, she came over to our table to share the house specials and explain each topping. You could tell that woman truly loves her job! Absolutely everything was delicious, every roll and cocktail was an explosion of flavor. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend it.

  If I could give service no stars, I would. We waited 15 minutes for our server to come over, and had to ask for her, while the patio outside was empty besides one other table. Once we placed our order, we did not receive our drinks until almost done with the meal. What’s the point of drinks then lol? Incompetent staff.

  I recently went to Blue Sushi Sake Grill (Novus Place) for my birthday. I had my heart set on a vegan sushi boat since last year! The service was absolutely wonderful from my waiter and the hostess (possibly manager, but not sure). I couldn’t have asked for better. The sushi boat was everyyytthhiiiinnggg 🎉🔥✨ I sat at the Shin Godzilla table and ate some of it and took the rest of it home. They did a beautiful job with my delicious sushi boat!! The vegan sushi here is fantastic 🔥🔥🔥

  I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The manager was very professional, kind, and classy in the way she treated customers. The staff were also extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive. The service was excellent and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

  Great spot with a good happy hour, even though the pricing leans a little on the higher side for typical happy hour deals. The sushi was good, and I really enjoyed the creative, non‑traditional rolls — a fun change from the usual options. The vibe and aesthetic are great, modern and stylish, and it wasn’t busy during happy hour, which made the experience even better. I also liked the happy hour time window, super convenient. Overall, a solid place to grab sushi with a cool atmosphere and some unique menu options.
