- LNLogan NielsonJul 15, 20261.0So our order was held hostage when we prepaid on the website- we provided our name and order number but because we paid with apple pay , apple converts the last 4 digits of your card number so the information is protected. so we were denied the food we already paid for until we gave the last 4 digits that perfectly matched apple pay, even with a full name, card number to match, and order number. It's absolutely ridiculous to have to go to such measures when you already had my money from my account and i didn't have my food! Paying on your website is a joke. How would a random person know my exact full name and order number also? It makes no sense. We eat here often but not anymore- such a hassle for no reason .
