  My bf and I don’t ever go to Arby’s, we’d were actually on our way to Chick-fil-A when we were at a red light and saw the “steak bites” ad on the window. We saw the drive thru was empty and decided to go there instead. I haven’t had Arby’s in 3/4 years and omg this was the best! Reminded me of a kid when my parents went 24/7. Jalapeño poppers are still as good as i remember them.

  Arby's has a limited time deal that allows you to get a free Arby's sandwich with any purchase over $5 with the exception of the limited time special menu items, classic chicken sandwich, swiss melt. I ordered a 3 chicken finger meal with a substitute Jamocha Shake. The manager on duty, Jelitza was the name on her tag, told me that my meal didn't qualify. I asked her the reason and she said she didn't know. This was only after I asked her if a manager could fix it and she said yes, but didn't get a manager nor tell me that she was the manager on duty. Another team member told me she was the manager. When I confronted her with my complaint again, she told me that there was nothing she could do. This was awful customer service as she did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. This was my last time ever going to this store. Not a single person wore a smile. I did not feel welcome.

  There's no waiting area for the drive-through, so I held up two cars behind me for 10 minutes while they brought my food out.

  It's not a old school Philly cheese steak but its a good cheese steak and it was fast.
