In the mornings their service is fantastic, but if you're there after 2 or 3 and if they have more than 1 or 2 customers, forget it. Basic customer service is not present and it feels like a nuisance to make any order, even something quickly filled like sauce. A simple "welcome in, give me just a minute" would satisfy a decent wait for most people.
