  I've lost all faith in this generation of fast food workers. How complicated is it to follow a basic order on a screen. Put it together and stick it in a bag. It's a complete joke. Everytime I cone back here. They mess up the order. They cant do something as simple as putting the correct hot sauce in the bag. Or not putting onions on an item when requested. You shouldn't have to call in a messed up order complaint after every visit.

  One of the upper managers, a guy, Hispanic, was yelling and screaming at another employee she was wearing a collared shirt, a sweet girl who was not trying to argue with him. She was trying to work and get orders out. They were extremely busy. The male manager seemed that he got his feelings hurt. He was mad because he was asked to help out. (Which I would think that is his job as well). I overheard him say that he clocked her out and told her to leave. She was upset that he clocked her out. Again, it was busy. I found him to be very rude and not appropriate as a manager to be yelling at another staff member especially where us as customers could hear it all. I have been in this place several times and it seems that the higher up managers get inflated heads and seem they can yell and scream at other coworkers, not sure who does the hiring but they need to work on that. That male manager should not be in his position if he can’t actually get his hands dirty, help out and be level headed. I mean if he wants a sit down job Taco Bell isn’t at all. That is not leadership at all. The prior manager that doesn’t seem to be there was a blonde female and she would always be talking about other co workers in addition to yelling and screaming at them. Do better on training. I would hope that male manager gets spoken to or some sort of disciplinary action and the female employee gets an apology cause putting up with that daily has to be horrible. Seems like this is a normal thing for him.

  This is laughable I spent $16 on lunch for my 6 year old and myself only to still be hungry. The amount of toppings that they put on there food items is about half the amount of any other toco bell I have ever been to. If you want to be full after eating dinner or lunch don’t go to this Taco Bell they will rip you off. Btw this is the 3rd time I have been here and they are consistently bad. I would give negative stars if I could because I feel like I got ripped off.

  This place needs to be clean. As soon as I open the door to dine in, place was filthy. This is why I dont go to Burger King. I know Taco Bell isn't really like this but please do something about this. Second, as we were w a iting for our food, manager started yelling at another employee from drive thru. Then the rest of the employees were rushing. Doesn't seem like employees are happy working at this facility.
