When to taco bell October 4th 2026 and they have zero napkins in the lobby and put no napkins in the bag. The manager that works here needs to be fired and replaces somebody that can actually run the company correctly. At the very least, the employees can come to each table and let us wipe our hands on their shirt. Since they have no napkins. Whoever does the hiring, pay attention when you hire people. And hire people that can do the job.

Absolutely beyond angry with this location. Spent 20$ to be missing a burrito from a luxe box and my slushy that i was up charged for mind you. Called out of anger and said if i spoke to her again like that they would make me not able to order from that lovation and blamed it on a highschool being there its 12:20am i doubt that. Also blamed it on being short staffed. They need to get it together

Amazing service, they were very kind and helpful. They didn't have the coffee that i ordered at the time but they made up for it perfectly by making me an alternative drink that I requested instead. Wonderful taco bell, definitely would come back here again!

We were missing some of our order, and I believe it was due to the fact they were too busy in the back calling each other some terrible things. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend

I placed an app order. The app decided that it should go to a location 25 miles away. Thw girl at the drive thru helped me cancel that order and place it here, ar the Prasada location. She was kind, even though it was probably my own fault, and never let her smile fall. My receipt says her name was Tino L. It was at about 10:05AM so, if The Bell wants to find out who was employee of the year, I hope that helps!
