- FDFielding Dunn1 day ago5.0I didn’t see myself writing a review of a Taco Bell but the staff at this particular location is just that good. I will say I love Taco Bell anyway but the drive through staff takes pride in their work, ask me how I’m doing and listen with interest, and occasionally give me complimentary stuff because they’re just cool. Hell I come here when I’m in a bad mood just for the positivity. Thanks guys, you know who you are.

Even when customers are clearly waiting to place an order or pick one up, they intentionally ignore them and keep chatting among themselves. This is the third time I've experienced the same thing. Customer service here really needs to improve.

- ADAlicia DouglasJun 7, 20265.0I went thru the drive through on Friday 6/05 about 7pm, very busy😭. They were out of a few drinks and my husband is very picky on what he likes to drink. Jayden was the drive thru attendant who took my order. He was absolutely amazing! He apologized for not having the two drinks that my husband would drink. Even though it was very busy he handled it very well with me completely confused on what to get my husband to drink. He did not rush me and he was not impatient at all. I have not been to a Taco Bell in forever and had no idea what other drinks were available. He walked me through on what options to get to help me figure out what drinks were available for the meals that I purchased. I was finally able to make a decision. You got to keep her with that kid!
