  Every time we come here it is under staffed and the employees are not trained correctly how to do their job. This is a management problem.

  Worst location ever. 20+ minutes to get your order , order is always wrong. There is only one employee that seems to care about his job. The rest have the worst attitude. Awful excuse for a restaurant. My bowl was made incorrectly and literally just throw in the dish what a joke, Taco Bell used to be inexpensive and you would deal with their crap. Over 20 bucks for one person and that’s the shot they give you, come on prices have sky rocketed and the quality is still the worst in the industry

  The perfect place if you’re looking to wait 40 minutes with an entire lobby as the staff is content. Drive to Surprise or literally any other location if you’re able to it’s worth it. Bravo managers, Bravo 👏🏼 Some of these other reviews are hilariously accurate. Revamp and change because this is ridiculous.

  Every time I’ve been to this location I’m either missing my sauce, missing an item, food is cold and the employees don’t know what is going on. Every time this location never misses to have an extremely long wait time. And due to the stupid ai at the speaker box you always have to repeat your name for mobile orders and don’t even bother picking up 2 orders because you’ll only get one and have to come back around even when you placed your order 25 minutes in advance. Normally I don’t leave negative reviews or negative comments to minimum wage employees but this is a repeated occurrence. If you want a good experience go to the Taco Bell on bell road, they are amazing!
