  I pulled up to the speaker at about 10pm tonight, no cars behind me the entire time. My sister and I just wanted some ice cream, after about 30 seconds or so the girl on the other end of the speaker asks what we want and I have to turn to my sister so she can tell me what flavor blast she wanted. So I told the girl "one second" so I could repeat what my sister wanted to her. The girl says over the speaker "pull into one of our stalls and press the red button when you're ready" ??? My sister was already telling me what icecream she wanted so I said "I'm ready now" and silence...... a minute passes by.... I say "Hello?" no answer.... I wait about 30 seconds say "hello" one last time and then give up and I just went ahead and got ice cream somewhere else because no way I'm giving my money to that attitude. I saw 3 girls in there just sitting/standing around. Totally ridiculous. Never in my life has this happened to me and I'm so shocked I'm finding myself leaving a review on a fast food place 😂

  Food is good but they keep updating the app making it worse every time and now you can't use your rewards correctly or make the specialty drinks that you could previously make, so looks like we won't be going to Sonic much anymore
