  I order ahead on the app, and in the past everything has been good, but the past few months, the add ons I would put on my orders have consistently been forgotten. When I order things taken off they get taken off, but add ons have been forgotten nearly everytime ive ordered, even though my receipt and the little order stickers they use on their burger wrappers have the add ons and removals fully listed.

  Kylie - I can't say enough about Kylie's positive attitude, and fun personality. The service she provides on behalf of our Surprise Sonic has kept us returning time and again.   Management is flat out rude. They refused to remake a drink that tasted flat wanted me to pay for it. I was very nice about but they were flat out rude. Get some customer service training here please.
