  The service was great the food sub par. Their drinks normally do not disappoint pretty good choices me personally I like to cherry limeade slush

  Unfortunately, I had to do one star! I didn't want to give that! I've been ordering on the app and couple of times a week, since March. One day I had called and complained about my order April 1st ( that's what my phone history shows ) old, brown lettuce, tomatoes soggy, fries or tater tots not fresh. This young lady stated she would put it in the book for a replacement order ( I didn't ask for this, but okay great ). This was in April, I tried using in May. Oh we don't have you in our book etc, etc.. Then they are asking me to bring in the receipt, it's all on the app I can prove it. But, at this time it's No Point, don't say you're going to put it in the book and Not Honor It! Customer service was horrible on the person whom stated they were putting it in the book, the lady I tried ordering it with and the manager, owner or whoever he stated he was! I didn't even complain about the deal I was supposed to get for mozzarella cheese sticks, and paid full price so many things I can list, but No Point! Okay, no problem I'll write a review and spend my hard earned money elsewhere!

  I love sonic it is a great place and has good food with they would bring prices down a little but what ya gonna do!??!

  Went through Drive thru, ordered 3 drinks and got the wrong items but employees were very quick and happy to fix the issue

  I get going through a drive through, you don't expect 5 star food...but this experience just now was ridiculous. Went through the drive through to order 3 cherry limeades: one regular, one diet, and one diet with extra cherry. We also ordered a hamburger with no onions and extra pickle as well as a chicken sandwich with extra pickle and tomato. The lady taking our order repeated it back to us wrong at least five times. When we got to the window, a different lady confirmed our order, correctly this time. However when we got our food, the hamburger had onions and ONE pickle while the sandwich had NO pickle.... Will not be going back to this location.
