Giving it 1 star because whenever I go they only have 1 cashier open leading to long lines because they don't want to give Casheirs hours to cut costs. Being cheap when all their prices are above Frys across the street that is cheaper and actually gives Cashiers hours so customers don't wait in long lines. Go to the Frys across the street that is cheaper and has actual workers over this place that is obsessed with cutting costs.

I usually place pick up or delivery orders but today I came to shop inside. I grab an ad and grabbed my favorite yogurt parfaits. I got to the deli department and was greeted by Chris today. I had several questions. I ordered the potato wedges and he brought out the freshly made ones, then I saw a great deal on deli meat in the ad and Chris was very patient with me while he got my deli meats and cheese. He was very friendly. I definitely hope Chris is there the next time I come in. He showed what customer service is about! Thank you

If I could give zero stars I'd do so. I'm very upset my daughter used this location for grocery pick up scheduled by 6PM. She called us saying they were not ready though she placed the order at 9AM. Says the girl was very rude when asked about her order and very snooty said it could be ready at 7, at 8, and that she didn't know. Claims she was the only one filling orders today. Manager comes and says all they can do is refund her and it could take up to a couple weeks to get that refund. No groceries and now no money. This is a very BAD BAD operation and someone should look into this because it is unacceptable. My daughter barely makes enough right now to make it week to week and this is a very bad example of a poorly managed store. I will be looking into this myself in person.

Lauren is an absolutely awful manager. I have no idea how she could possibly be in ANY position of power. She is incredibly rude to both customers and staff. I saw her yelling at cashier at the self check area, this is insanely inappropriate behavior. It’s disgusting to talk to your employees like that as a manager, not to mention giving customers a very poor attitude.

HORRIBLE I went in at 6pm on June 4 2026 after work and all I wanted was a hot meal for my family...the deli worker was rude and gave me the worst 8pc fried chicken that sat there all day and tenders as well dry and far from fresh and every time I asked for more items he kept getting upset so I didn't even feel comfortable asking for Mac and chz, this is the second time I got horrible food from deli....I wont be returning to this store, even if the food is free not worth your time or money!!!!!
