  The service was professional and polite. The manager was very friendly. The supreme pizza is affordable. Good job guys.

  Muy mal servicio Ordene la pizza por teléfono y a la hora de recoger la pizza resulta qe no era la pizza qe ordene y me tome el tiempo para irla a recoger y pedi qe lo hicieran delivery free por el error de tomar mi orden como yo la pedi y me dijeron qe no !!! Qe mal Porqe lo hacen perder el tiempo a uno encontrandose con una orden qe uno no pidió … para reparar el Daño debieron hacer el free delivery de perdida 😏

  I ordered for a delivery and was going to pay cash . Someone from their store called me and I missed the call and they decided to cancel my order. Instead of just delivering the pizza . This has never happened to me before plus I had already been waiting for my order over 45min .

  Been a while since I'd had pizza hut. I know its chain but if it wasnt the best pizza i've had in a couple years.Had the old school pan and a thin crust. Brought me back to being a kid and being psyched for pizza hut. Also, the guy working there Frank. He's likely the manager there, just the friendliest dude. Showed me the pizza, even did it a litle well done like I'd asked for. So I took it out to the car, then ran back inside for an extra sauce for the breadsticks. Frank tells me he's sorry but he has to charge for the extra sauce. Its a corporate thing, I get it. I didnt have my wallet on me though, he said it was no big deal and he even paid for it for me. Saw him do it. Yes it was only 80 or whatever cents, but it's the small things like that, that make you want to come back. Weird they even charge for sauce, right? Like seriously? Its like if mcdonalds charged for extra ketchup. You're a massive company and we're just trying to get by. Throw us just the smallest bone, ya know? But anyways, good on this location. And thanks again to Frank, please pass this review on to him.

  Honestly this Pizza Hut used to be my go to for when my family wanted pizza, but recently the quality of the food and the service has been quite bad, the last 2 times I ordered from here my food was made wrong (paid extra for cheese sticks with pasta) I got regular bread sticks and a whole different pasta from the one I had ordered, and when I asked the employee if I could get the cheese sticks I had ordered, he sighed and asked if I really wanted the cheese sticks instead of just taking the breadsticks?! I told him I had paid for cheese sticks and that I would like getting the item I had paid for, I even told him that I didn’t mind the wait and that it was alright, unfortunately he got quite bothered with me and had a rude attitude that was quite obvious as another customer had walked in and got greeted very politely and served quickly. I normally wouldn’t care so much, as mistakes happen and everyone has their off days but this happened a second time! I came in to pick up my order and it was the same employee, he saw me walk in and avoided coming to the counter and instead began preparing another order, he never greeted me nor asked me to wait a bit, I ended up waiting for a while until another customer showed up, which the employee did greet and came over to the counter to help them, but as soon as he saw me his demeanor changed and he started talking to me like I was being a bother. I asked for my order and walked right out. Unfortunately I will no longer come to this location and would rather find a new one to go to because I don’t really appreciate getting my orders messed up and being treated rudely.
