I've been ordering online from this restaurant for over a year, and I usually get very good pizza. While the last pizza I ordered was still good, it was not what I ordered (I ordered one of their specials--the ultimate pepperoni, and I also added pineapple (yes, pineapple does belong on pizza, especially pepperoni!). However, when I got home, I discovered that it was a regular pepperoni pizza with pineapple. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty and was told when a customer adds an additional topping to a specialty pizza, they revert the order to a regular pizza (a regular amount of pepperoni). The manager told me that he would credit me with a pizza; I just had to order over the phone and give him my phone number on file. This is where the bad rating comes in--for poor customer service. This manager told me there was no such credit given on my account, and no other manager remembers the event, and, so sorry, there's nothing we can do. You changed my order without telling me, then told me you would credit my account but didn't, then proceeded to tell me there's nothing you could do. I am not happy with you, Papa Johns.

Order Dominos! First time I tried them and they never delivered my order. And projected delivery time was 30+ minutes more than dominos. Waited over an hour for nothing.
