- RHRobert HSep 19, 20261.0My wife called the store because the order she placed for a timed deliver changed to ASAP. Took 5 times to get a person. When the guy came on he topd her to stop yelling at him then told her he canceled the order and hung up. I was standing next to my wife she never raised her voice at him and even told him that when she was talking to him. We stopped by the store to get his name since he wouldn't on the phone. I went in he came to the counter and I calmly asked if he was the one that hung up on us. He told me she was yelling at him and I told him no she really didnt I was standing there. He then told me I was being aggressive and I needed to leave. I told him all I wanted was his name he then yelled at me and said fine im calling the police. For asking his name and he is a manager at the store (frank) so if you want to get yelled at hung up on and threatened to have the police called on you then this store is perfect.

- BYbrandon youngJul 5, 20265.0Put my order in for a scheduled delivery at 530pm. The order came in super early I wanted it to arrive around the time I got off of work. I was a bit frustrated as I did not want to come home and eat cold pizza after a long days work in the sun. I called and talked to the manager on duty at that time. He understood where I was coming from and informed me he would have the order remade and delivered around the time I originally asked for as he said the order did not come in as a scheduled delivery. Sure enough got home right at 540 and the pizza was redielivered. That was exceptional customer service on there part and I thank them for this.
