- BDBruce Donaldson5 days ago2.0I had a pretty bad experience today. V I ordered ahead using your app. 2 sausage egg McMuffins, a coffee, a Diet Coke. I had to wait over 15 minutes because clearly you MM make the order till I was waiting at the window. Then once I got the order I requested a carry tray and the guy took off for several minutes to help a different window. Once a different employee came to the window she was able to get me a tray. I had to point them out cause she didn’t know where they were. When I got to my destination, no napkins. This was the worse experience ever at McDonald’s. Apparently you guys don’t realize, I have options and I’ll think long and hard before using this option again.

But my biggest complaint is the young man working the second drive through window didn't speak a single word to me. I even had to ask him a question, he just handed me my stuff. I nicely told him thank you and to have a good day. Not a word from him still! I phoned the restaurant after leaving and asked the lady that answered if the employee working the second window is nonverbal. She informed me that he CAN talk. I am just so shocked that he could be so rude and careless even when I was talking and being very kind. Wow! If you don't do people, get out of customer service!!!

- SBSheryl BuffingtonMay 27, 20262.0Be careful this location has a regular and large size ice cream cones. We order large and paid for large. It was a small size. We were told by an employee and supervisor that they were sorry but this is the size you get at this particular store.
