  solute garbage service at this location. I pulled up to the drive-thru ready to feed my family, but apparently asking for a large, detailed order is entirely too much for the staff to handle. First, I had to sit at the speaker for an eternity waiting just for someone to acknowledge me. Then, half-way through rattles off the items, the genius on the other end of the intercom literally went dead silent—dropped the line entirely—only to come back, wipe out everything I just said, and force me to repeat the whole thing over again. I just drove off how ridiculous

  Store 40406 in Surprise AZ -once AGAIN left items out of our order. How do you miss TWO Sausage Biscuits combo meal + two extra sandwiches. Basic damn small order. 2nd worst store in AZ behind the 💯HORRIBLE Pat Tillman location. Refund X2 plus gas money please!

  Worker: *hands me the bag of food and immediately closes the window* Me: *oh they forgot the sauce, I’ll just wait* -5min later- Worker: can I help you with something Me: yes I didn’t get ketchup or Buffalo sauce Worker: we are out of both -mind you its not even 12pm- Me: Okay *hands back food* I want a refund Worker: *goes back inside and then returns* I actually found sauce on the fridge, do you want it? Me: no, I want my refund Another worker: Im sorry what seems to be the problem? The problem? Let me tell you.. I politely asked to add a Coke while I was paying and was treated as though I had done something outrageous. Then I was told they were out of the sauces that should have come with my order, only for them to suddenly “find some” after I requested a refund. Mistakes happen, but rude customer service and inconsistent explanations don’t leave customers with much confidence. A little honesty and basic courtesy would have made this entire situation a non-issue.

  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The attitude from beginning to end is a joke. Saying you’re out of “ketchup and buffalo sauce” at noon on a Wednesday is an actual Joke. I can see why people throw their food back to their faces when they have such terrible service.
