- JEJavier EspinozaMay 4, 20261.0May 4, 1:56 pm; drive thru, I ordered food and paid, everything ok at the moment, at the second window when I received de food I asked for water, bbq and ranch, the lady said ok let me grab it for you but never came back, 5 minutes later another girl shows up and asked why I don’t move and leave, I told she I was waiting for water, bbq and ranch, she leaves and told me she will bring it; 3-4 mins later she(the second one) opened the window and gave me a cup of water, she was mad, I noticed because she slammed the window 🤣…. So I had to eat without bbq neither ranch! The worst service at all my previous McDonalds experiences… that’s how employees can hurt your business!

- JJJacobApr 19, 20263.0This location is newer and they still have some service bugs to work out. Not specific to this location alone but I hate the new interiors McDonald's is using. Feels very industrial. You rarely see any workers and you could stand at the counter with no help for some time.
- DDDavidaApr 17, 20261.0The customer service here is disgusting. They will literally stand there and not say a word to you. Your food could be sitting there and they wouldn't offer you your food. Pathetic at best, this place should be shut down along with all the other ones. That's my review and I refrained from being aggressive. They need to stop telling everyone that works here that they need to focus on the drive through, and they need to focus on the customers as well. They clearly allow the drive-thru to dictate their movement. McDonalds should be ashamed of what they have become!

Customer service is terrible. Food is rarely warm. They never get the order correct. You will sit in the drive thru line forever.
