  Do not like the idea of having to use machines to order your food. They have no concern about elders. Will not go inside another McDonald's. We will go through the drive thru. But that's it.

  This is hands down one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my 26 years of life. The customer service was awful from start to finish. The managers had an attitude toward me just because I pointed out there was an issue with my order, which was completely unprofessional. I ordered a Pineapple Mango Refresher, but it didn’t even have the pineapple popping boba in it. I basically paid for a plain lemonade, and it was watered down and way too tart. My burger was also cold and made incorrectly. To make matters worse, every employee I interacted with seemed to have an attitude. The restaurant itself was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the experience even worse. This location seriously needs better management, better customer service, and much higher standards for food quality and cleanliness. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  I don't know why, but this location CANNOT get the fries done correctly. Always undercooked, soggy, and floppy.

  They don't listen and mess up the orders. Ordered unsweetened tea and got sweetened. They need to understand people are diabetic. Had to throw it away. Screwed up the meal order with soccer cup. Ordered the cup meal and then got up to window and ask if we wanted the cup meal. Yes, that is what we just ordered at the income. Then at the pick up window we were missing the drink for the meal. Employee said we canceled it! What? They need to train the employees better and the employees need to listen better and verify the orders back on intercom. One of the worse locations for drive through orders.

  Terrible location this McDonalds always messing up orders , there’s nobody ever attending the customers terrible service the manager should be fired she doesn’t do anything ,always on her phone not being responsible and acts very rude against the customers never eating here ever again ,worst experience I’ve ever had
