  Ty is an amazing representative of the company. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Today, was our first visit and his customer service did not fail to impress. Service was super quick as well.

  I visited this location for lunch today and was impressed by the staff at this location. Each person working (4), were friendly, polite and attentive to all of their customers. This is a rarity these days and deserves to be noted! The manager of this store is doing something right! They must have a great training program.

  Rating: ⭐ / 5 Check Number: 119 As a loyal customer who has frequented Jimmy John’s for years, I have always appreciated the brand's efficiency and quality. Up until recently, I had never experienced a single issue at any of your locations. Unfortunately, a recent visit to this specific restaurant was so unprofessional that it has completely changed my perspective.My wife and I walked into the establishment 15 minutes prior to closing. While I understand that late-evening arrivals can be frustrating for staff preparing to close, the reaction we received from the employee on duty, Xavier, was entirely unacceptable.From the moment we approached the counter, Xavier displayed an overt, aggressive attitude. He slammed his swipe card down before taking our order and proceeded to mumble under his breath the entire time he was preparing our food. The hostility was palpable—so much so that it became a deeply embarrassing experience for us as customers, especially since other guests in the lobby witnessed the entire interaction.We had originally intended to order a full meal for our entire family. However, because of Xavier's visible anger and unprofessional behavior, we felt so uncomfortable that we cut our order short, purchasing only two sandwiches and deciding to take the kids to McDonald’s instead. While I have years of positive history with Jimmy John’s, the behavior displayed during this visit was completely unacceptable. Due to this experience, this is one location we will not be returning to. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure future patrons are treated with basic respect, regardless of the time of day. I Do hope this Gets Addressed either through management or through corporate.
