  The girl that took my order continuously pretended like she couldn’t hear me reading me off the wrong order every time so I don’t know what kind of game these kids are playing, but I’ll just go across the street to Jersey Mike’s next time

  I love Jimmy John’s and have been a customer for years. Naturally, I was very excited when one opened by my house. Unfortunately, they are so slow. At first, I thought it was a new store and it was just because the demand was high and the employees were new. However, after 3 visits it’s apparent that it’s just always going to be slow. Working in the restaurant industry, and managing a food establishment I understand the behind the scenes.

  I ordered a custom sandwich with a combo to be picked up in store. It was ready shortly after I ordered on the app and my order Was 100% Correct. Sandwich was delicious. Thank you for taking the extra time reading my custom order and making it correct and also putting my entire order together in the bag without forgetting anything. You have my business for sure!

  This particular place is owned by Inspire Brands which is owned by a private equity firm Roark Capital Group. These guys skim 10.5% to 12.5% of gross profit margins right off the top before the store even sees anything. So, I would rather give my money to a mom and pop shop where they're not beholden to corporate greed.

  I have been to this location several different times and I have always had amazing experience! The staff is always professional and friendly. They go above and beyond with informing you of any special deals JJ is offering that week. The sandwiches themselves are always fresh and delicious and made exactly to order!
