  I’ll start with the positive. The food was great. Fresh ingredients. However, the services is lacking. It did take longer than expected but I figured it’s because they’re new and still learning. We’ll still come back because the sandwich’s were very good. Just have to have patience. The manager was super apologetic about the wait which I appreciated.

  Sat here for 30 min waiting on my food and they had it on a shelf behind the counter as walk in i atleast got my drink chips i know it new but come on they seen me sitting here and not that busy update fyi there were more employees than people in the building waiting for their food the owner of this franchise needs to get a hold of his new hires and explain to him what Jimmy John's about I talked to several other people that's been to this location they had the same problem I did even after food was made they just said it there and don't tell your name they don't say nothing one friend of mine said that finally he asked about his food like I did and they looked at him like he was crazy then the lady turned around and was like oh here it is and then handed it to him like it was his fault that it took him 30 minutes to make it in my case I don't think it took them that long to make my food I just don't think they told me it was ready hopefully the owner sees this post and does something about it cuz it's not just me several people

  This is my 4th time coming to this location. Every time I have been here, i’ve waited over 30 minutes for my food. That’s with placing my order online. Thought I would give them a couple of chances to see improvement. Zero improvement has been made. Honestly the most unorganized food place i’ve been to. Not to mention the order being wrong. They’re all about “freaky fast” but can’t live up to it.

  I went there two times so far to pick up for uber and doordash , extremely slow there! Waited 20 minutes both times

  Freaky fast, indeed.. two times I've been to this location and each time I've barely had enough time to turn around before my order was ready.
