  Really disappointing experience with Jamba Juice. Prices keep going up, the menu keeps getting smaller, and somehow there’s a new charge for everything. It feels less like a smoothie shop and more like a masterclass in nickel-and-diming customers. At this rate, I’m half expecting to find out it was bought by a billionaire oligarch yesterday.

  went in to try a drink. I don't do smoothies very often and wanted some suggestions but I'm lactose intolerant. I was told by the other employee that for an upcharge I can add coconut milk, which I said was no problem. However, when I asked what was in a particular smoothie, because there was no flavor description on the menu, the cashier told me "Dairy". It was obvious she didn't want to answer any of my questions or serve me, so I just walked out. Thanks, but no thanks I'll go Tropical Smoothie where they are pleasant and helpful.

  Wanted to pop on to say the person that greeted me and helped me was so awesome and friendly. It was ready when I got there, kept in the fridge, split in 2 cups!! Things some locations just don’t understand. I’m so happy it was a good experience thank you for my amazing smoothies, blue hair 🪼🐳

  Horrible service pretty sure her names mis rudest worker ive ever met i say thank you every time i go and she never says your welcome then she proceeds to make the drinks aggressively and slams stuff around while making drinks she has a horrible attitude
