- AGA G6 days ago1.0This is some of the worst "Italian" food I've ever had. It's reminiscent of college dining hall food or the only thing that's open late-night in an airport. It's truly a last-resort option, and if given the choice, I'd rather be hungry than try this again. My daughter and I stopped here once before a practice because it was new and we were in a hurry. The service was decent and we didn't have to wait long for the food, which was good. The bread sticks were tasty, but that's where the good in this story ended abruptly. I ordered Baked Ziti with Meat Sauce, which I thought was a relatively safe choice. Wrong! My daughter ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and as soon as her first bite, she told me it was awful. She's a picky eater, so I didn't put much weight into her assessment, and picked up my first bite of baked ziti. I don't know how to describe the flavors or lack thereof, but it wasn't good. I don't know why, but then I tasted the Alfredo and it was comparably bad, if not worse. As with most bad experiences, there are no words to adequately describe this food. It wasn't just bland, it was bad, and in this moment, we decided that this was our first and last meal at Fazolis - even if it's the only thing open.

The breadsticks are too buttery. Its a dowhill food experience like chucky cheese before it closed down the ingredients are cheap. Or like a remake of a movie that just should not have been redone. The original was better. Anyways, I went here in the evening. The girls were cheerful and pleasant there were three hanging out and standing around when we pulled up to the drive thru. I asked a question about an ingredient in an item and instead of knowing one of the girls grabs the sausage meat from the back and shows it to us and after we said its ok bc they were out of chicken for the alfredo to add that instead she threw the sausage out the window into the parking lot. I also ordered baked spaghetti with meatballs and no meatballs. When we called to let them know there were no meatballs on my order I was charged for. They had loud rap music playing before the closing time. The girl said "the order was confusing" I think they just dont care or if they should stop messing around to pay attention to customers orders. Very disappointed.

The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like nothing more than a tv dinner. Their double slice pizza looked like something from a school cafeteria. Getting Italian fast food probably wasn’t the best idea but we wanted to try a new place and it was close to the theatre. Is this place supposed to be fast food but with waiters? I just didn’t get the concept.

The second time, everything was great. Food tasted great and it was correct. The third, and probably last time, we ordered 2 ultimate samplers. Each meal is 3 pastas and 1 lasagna. We were missing 1 lasagna. Doordash offered a 6.00 credit, but wouldn't get the missing food sent out. This was dinner and 25% of dinner was missing.
