The dasher advised it wasnt his job to check the order so I called the store and spoke with Carolyn who was kind and understanding (while listening to my furious complaint). Shortly after I hung up, Terry the manager called me back and went out of his way to deliver the missing items. He was very apologetic and very sincere. His actions and his desire to make customer satisfaction a top priority turned what would have been a bad review into a wonderful review from a very pleased customer. Its nice to know there are people like him around!!

The little girl in front looked at me half dozen times wouldn't take my order, just stood there with the dear in the headlights look on her face, she just stood there didn't say anything and watched me walk out dissusted!!!!!!!!! Sucks I was really wanting something other than a hamburger I remember this place and came to try it. How disheartening 🤬

We just want OUT!!! There are cars literally wrapped around the building and everyone is stuck here. NEVER AGAIN! Update: We were stuck for over 45 minutes for a very mediocre plate of spaghetti. My suggestion to the Surprise Fazoli's: CLOSE YOUR DRIVE THROUGH IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STAFF TO SERVICE IT! It wouldn't have taken any time at all to tell people in the drive through, we're sorry for the inconvenience but our drive through is closed, please pull to the front and come in to place your order.
