I haven't been to a Einstein Bros Bagel in many years but one thing I will never forget is that they usually smear on those smears you're going to take a bite it's going to ooze out that's what you pay for. Went to this location for the first time and no joke each side of my bagle had an inch circumference around the bagel with no smear, this was an incredibly dry bagel... Very disappointed but I will say the staff that helped me was very friendly and nice.
I am so glad the manager with the short brown hair left. She was absolutely awful, and nothing was ever prepared. And she never had a sense of urgency or care when our stuff was an hour late. And she didn't have anything that we actually ordered. Good move on your part

If bagels had a Hall of Fame, Allyson at Einstein Bros. Bagels would already have her plaque up—and probably be handing out samples next to it.
From the second you walk in, she’s got the kind of energy that makes you forget you haven’t had coffee yet (which is saying a lot). She somehow manages to juggle orders, keep the line moving, and still crack jokes like she’s hosting a morning show. I’m pretty sure she could handle a rush of 50 people with one hand while toasting a perfect bagel with the other.
Speaking of bagels—mine was actually toasted perfectly. Not “warm-ish,” not “charred into a hockey puck,” but that elusive golden middle ground that most places only dream of. Coincidence? I think not. Allyson clearly has a sixth sense for bagel doneness.
Customer service? Elite. Friendly without being fake, efficient without making you feel rushed, and somehow remembers details like you’re a regular—even if you’re not (yet).
Honestly, if every morning started with Allyson and a fresh bagel, the world would be a noticeably better place. Give her a raise, a crown, or at the very least, control of the playlist.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Would absolutely come back for the bagels, but let’s be real… I’m coming back for Allyson.
Jordan Garcia at Einstein Bros is the kind of worker who sets the tone for everyone around him. From the moment he shows up in that little blue shirt, you can tell he takes pride in what he does—there’s a sharpness and purpose to the way he moves, always staying on top of things and never needing to be told twice. His work ethic feels almost unreal at times, like he’s operating on a different level than everyone else, consistently putting in effort that stands out as some of the best you’ll ever see. But what really completes it is his character—he’s kind, respectful, and steady, treating people well no matter how busy things get. Everything about him just fits perfectly together, making him not just a great employee, but the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression on anyone who crosses his path.

This store used to be so so lovely, before the manager with short brown hair left, I’m not sure of her name. However since then there has been something off with the atmosphere. I believe his name Eli, the new store owner; he has not been much help I’ve noticed to the employees as-well as customers. He isn’t polite, nor has any sense of urgency. I used to be so so excited to come into such a welcoming, enthusiastic store, however when Eli took my order, there was no kindness or compassion behind his actions, I felt like his only concern was the paycheck. I’m extremely disappointed. The crew however still does a beautiful job, they are always so kind and so giving, even giving me coupons when the wait is over 10 mins. They are so generous and I could not be more grateful. I hope this store can get back to the position it was once in. Truly disappointed.
