I had a 2x points redemption but needed to buy 2 drinks on the app. I noticed I only had purchased one drink instead of the two I intended to. So I made a second purchase for my wife’s drink on the app. The employee and manager told me there was nothing they could do about it. Terrible customer service.

His customer service is TOP TIER!! He truly listens and is so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very passionate about meeting the customers needs! The entire staff here is superb! Tye has truly touched our hearts and we will ALWAYS make the 30 minute drive to this location for the AMAZING service we receive here! If you visit this location and get Tye, you will not be disappointed!

Between getting my drink wrong 3 times, refusing to acknowledge that it was wrong, and telling me that “well thats what you get” and shooing me; to standing at a truck of your friends for over 10 minutes while there are cars in line, i’m not sure where the customer service went. Whoever was on shift tonight around 8:30 should really redo a customer service training, you can chat off the clock or have them come around. Almost every experience has been short, rude, or dismissive for absolutely no reason. Disappointing to see a business that advertises smiles be so trashy😕

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
