- DDDebbie DeLanoMay 6, 20265.0I go here probably way too many times since I'm there at least 3x a week before work but I love having a place to go that is open to get something to drink, and sometimes a snack, to get me through my overnight shift.
- BPBrianna PhillipsMay 5, 20261.0Not worth it. The amount I’m spending on drinks for the amount of actual liquid. You get is unreal. Nitro cold brew should not be served with ice as it will disturb the actual nitro. Come to find out it’s from a can, not a tap! Pictures are of “full” drinks after ice was removed. Soda was a large and coffee was a medium. At least half the drink if not more is just ice. Very disappointing when three drinks are $25.

I never have problems at this location but when I went through this time the girl taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed like this was the last place she wanted to be. Dutch preaches service with a smile but this was anything but that. I asked for her name at the window and they said her name was Laykn. She must have known she gave me bad service because she didn’t even ask if I’d like to tip. After this time I’d rather drive a couple minutes further and go to the greenway location because they always seem to make my day.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
