    This location really prioritizes the drive through. I had a mobile order for 1:15 it was not done until 1:35 and one of my drinks was wrong so then I had to wait even longer. I did a mobile order because I thought it was going to be easier but it took so much longer and something was wrong and I had to wait even longer.

    Employees had cars drive to the window to take and make their orders. Causing the lines to move super slow. When I finally got to the window after an hour wait, I saw 6 employee who were not all working. Will not be coming back.

    There were 6 staff members inside and we waited in line for an hour! We know Dutch bros can be packed but the teams always get through the lines with urgency and care. Never in all of my years as a DB customer have I experienced this lack of customer service and lack of urgency.The team just stood there chatting and hanging out. No apology or discount was offered just complete disregard for the situation going on. The treatment at this location has turned me off of Dutch Bros for good.

    I have always loved the energy at Dutch Brothers, every location I've been to! Always makes me smile! This year has been a rough one with my dad's health and for my birthday this year, they put a big smile on my face! Thanks Dutch on Waddell! You guys are awesome!

    I enjoy going to Dutch Bros because the drinks are great, what isn't great is ordering lite ice and getting a drink that's 90% ice. This isn't the first time this has happened and I brought it up a few times before and get an attitude from the window worker. The picture depicts the amount of ice in the "Light Ice" drink. The reason I keep going back is this isn't an every time ordeal and I like the drinks. Think I'm going to start ordering no ice.
