- SESavannah EllisSep 23, 20261.0I had to have my coffee remade four different times at this Dunkin’ because it was not being made correctly. After the fourth time, of course I was frustrated and had an attitude. How would anyone feel after repeatedly paying for something and having to explain the same issue over and over again? What made the situation even worse was that not once did I receive an apology. Instead of acknowledging that my order had been made incorrectly four times and understanding why I was upset, the staff seemed more concerned about my attitude. I’m a customer who paid for my drink and simply wanted it made correctly. Mistakes happen, but after four attempts, I expected an apology and better customer service—not to be treated like I was wrong for being frustrated. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me how you would feel.

- JFJulie FurlongSep 5, 20261.0We went in this morning for a quick bite of breakfast and got their $6 breakfast bagel meal and the hash browns were cold old and Soggy and disgusting, and the bagel was all thrown together the meat was on one side the egg was on the other half off of the bagel and wasn't warm at that. I asked for a mocha iced coffee and it was the most disgusting drink I think I've ever had in my life the whole meal was absolutely gross my husband had the same thing I couldn't even finish half of his and we threw it in the garbage

I had to ask about the muffin and they acted like they didn't know that it was ordered. I told them then I ordered it warmed with butter. I left the drive The coffee was cold and old plus the muffin had no butter. I was very disappointed 😞
