  I ordered pizza for my son's birthday last Saturday 4/25 around 1pm and this is how it came. When I tried to call and raise a complaint, I didn't get a proper response.

  I placed an order at 7:57 PM and called shortly after to provide my unit number to make sure the delivery would be completed correctly. About 30 minutes later, I received a notification stating it had been delivered. When I went outside to check, there was nothing there. After waiting another 20–25 minutes, I called the store and was told that my order had been dropped and was being remade. Mistakes happen — that part is understandable. What isn’t is being told an order was “delivered” when it clearly wasn’t, and not being notified of the issue at all. At that point, I couldn’t help but wonder — if I hadn’t called, would I have ever been updated? Or would the situation have simply been left as “delivered” with no follow-up? The employees weren’t rude, but the overall handling of this situation was extremely disappointing. Situations like this tend to reflect more on management than anything else — Domino’s may want to take a closer look at how communication and training are being handled, because this level of disorganization shouldn’t be standard. Update: My food was never delivered. I called back again and spoke to the same employee, who then told me they couldn’t even locate my order in the system. After waiting over an hour and 25 minutes with no delivery or clear communication, a justified frustration on my end led to a brief exchange. During that call, I was told, “I’m not going to remake your order with this attitude,” which was surprising given the circumstances — especially considering the order had already been marked as delivered but was never received. At that point, it became clear that resolving the issue was no longer a priority. I paid nearly $40 for an order that was never received, and we didn’t even end up having dinner that night. I’m currently in the process of requesting a refund through corporate. Overall, a frustrating experience — and one that should have been easily avoidable with basic communication and accountability.

  Julie was a complete disaster. Should be fired right away. Rude and cancels an order because she got called out on there stupid delivery.

  The last 4 times I have gotten a pizza here I order NY style and the last 4 times it has been original crust. Other then that everything else is good just wish I can get what I order
