  We were excited to try this location because it's close walked in around 8:10 the employees that's were in charge we⁶had very disappointed face like they were definitely Not happy to see us 1 of the employee called the male in front of us and and told him look at what is left here in the food because we are not making anything else so if you don't want what we have available go somewhere else and he left!!! so then she tells us the same thing look at food we are not making anymore so if you l don't want to eat here bye .... Very rude they don't close till 10pm so they are just done working at 8pm ? Like service has really gone down hill this place just opened and that's already how they are treating the customers that's wild .,.. Go to another location this one is TRASH!!!!!!!

  I decided to give this location a second chance… I waisted my money ONCE AGAIN & these burritos ARE NOT cheap. Service was horrible and it was so unorganized! Food missing, people yelling they needed things and no one seemed to have a sense of urgency l. Customers waiting WAY too long for their food. The person who put my burrito together had the worst energy. Seemed like she hated her job tbh. My food is COLD & my burrito has ZERO flavor. Usually the rice, meat and beans have flavor. The black & pinto beans looked nasty and dry in the containers. There was food mixing into other containers. It looked really messy/dirty. Cross contamination could get someone really sick. I DO NOT recommend this location.

  My family and I stopped by this location today before heading across the street to see the new Spider-Man movie at AMC. This location is a smaller than our normal Chipotle. Even though they were busy, we had no issue finding a seating. The portion sizes were excellent for our bowls and the restaurant itself was very clean. The location is convenient beside plenty of places to shop and the movie theater.

  My family nd I have only ever had Chipotle once which was for a vegetarian party so as you can assume not many options were available so when we found out they opened one by our house well we decided to try it.... my husband was skeptical but decided to try and man we had such a great experience at this Chipotle! AC FEELS nice like your walking in a freezer especially after running errands in this AZ HEAT! The staff here are absolutely amazing we had the pleasure to be welcomed in by NANCY who was — super friendly and fast in the back kitchen making fresh guacamole. You can tell they really care about providing great service and fresh food by ISABELL who always has a great BIG SMILE on her face and a towel in hand!! And as you go down the line you notice the lobby and Everything was clean, organized, stocked up on all that Chipotle has to offer by the cashier GENIVEE! Who i kept seeing clean the counters stock thier agua frescas which is addicting by the way of course the food was great for actually trying for first time Definitely one of the only Chipotle locations I will go to. So Highly recommend! Especially if the right staff is working 💪 who gets the job done KUDOS ladies and to the guys who we haven't learned names yet who are always working the grill good job on keeping up with the high demand on fresh everything!!!! Huge appreciation to the ones in the back behind the scenes 🙌 keep up the awesome work!!! See you all soon

  I walked in the restaurant expecting a long line but it went by fairly quick. The server Genivee was very sweet and gave me the perfect amount of portions. She is very excellent at her job. On the other hand Isabella is an outstanding manger. She was very sweet very kind and very communicative. so with her managing the store, it adds a sense of strong customer service and food service as well. They both deserve a raise
