- CMChris MMay 6, 20261.0This chipotle is still fairly new but it is the worst one my wife and I have ever been to. We have tried it twice now and both times was a horrible experience. They are constantly out of food items on the line causing us to have to limit our choices. The guy gave me a scoop of chicken so small that there was about 4 pieces of chicken, and it was probably because they were almost of it wanting to preserve it longer because they always run out of food. Gave me only a little sliver of hot sauce, plopped all the guacamole on only one side of the burrito and the list goes on…. We will definitely never be back to a chipotle, especially this one. Paying over $30 for 2 people to eat there is not worth it for this quality Of service and quantity of food.

- JSJEFF SCOTTApr 22, 20261.0I stopped by for lunch on Monday for a To-Go order. Part of the carnitas burrito meat was so chewy and overcooked I had to tear some of the bites off. Also I ordered a drink and even left a tip and then had to remind the cashier to give me my drink cup. She handed me my cup and just looked at me. No one was pleasant or even acts like they appreciate customers. I will not be a patron of Chipotle any longer as I have many other choices.

Then I ordered a kids 2 taco meal and they only give enough meat for one taco when there are two. When I mentioned it, they said it's because they only allowed to give 4 oz. Which is fine, but what they have me wasn't even 4oz. It's more likely they didn't have anymore meat and they just gave me the scraps. They didn't even give me the option for me to wait so they can make a fresh batch. At other locations, I never had to ask for more. They give out the correct portions or they'll make me a fresh batch. At this point there is no point in arguing with them. I'm just not going to go back. I'd rather drive the couple extra miles for fresh food, better portions and service. Save your time and money.
