There was no one in line but I still had to wait a minute at the register for the lady to take my payment so she could finish a conversation with the non-consenting tray pusher. Consent is King! I was in a great mood when I walked in, but the staff made me feel like a burden that I was there, so I left sad. Also, worst burrito fold I have ever seen. It fell apart as I ate it.

I'd be a regular if the team treated people with basic respect. Management should prioritize retraining their staff on customer service, you're losing loyal customers because of this.

She always greets me with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude. She is incredibly attentive and takes the time to thoroughly read through my order to make sure everything is accurate. It’s a small detail, but it makes such a big difference, it’s something I’ve noticed is unique to her. Melissa consistently provides the kind of customer service that makes you feel appreciated and taken care of. She is truly a shining star and an amazing representation of what great customer service should be. Thank you, Melissa, for always making my Tuesday Chipotle run a little better! You’re the best!
