- KKKrisJun 27, 20261.0Visited this afternoon around 2pm and was very disappointed with the service. The server(not being racist or condescending just so management can point him out, he has a darker skin tone) he was unpleasantly rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and appeared to have poor hygiene practices playing around with the food he was serving customers. I observed him touching food with his bare hands without changing gloves, which was concerning. Overall, the experience did not meet basic standards of customer service or food handling, and I would not recommend it based on my visit.

The employee who checked us out, I believe his name was Gavyn, was rude and seemed annoyed throughout our interaction. When we decided to add a drink before paying, he rolled his eyes and let out an exaggerated sigh as if we were inconveniencing him. After we paid, we were waiting for a side of sauce that another employee had already informed him we were expecting. When the sauce came out, we said, “That’s for us,” and he responded rudely, “That sauce is for you.” We replied, “Yes,” and he then asked, “Are you sure?” in a condescending tone. The other employee had to step in and tell him, “Yeah, I just told you it’s for them.” The other employee was very kind and helpful, but Gavyn’s attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable. We understand everyone has bad days, but rolling your eyes, sighing at customers, and speaking to them disrespectfully is not acceptable customer service. We won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
