- JMJust Mee5 days ago2.0The girls preparing our food are very skimpy with the items being put on my plate. The protein I requested was chicken. She put about 2 tbls onto my plate. I questioned if that was appropriate. She then put a couple more pieces. I frequent Chipotle at least twice a month. It's my grandkids favorite after school meal. Another very uncomfortable reason I will never go to this location, I believe the older man is hard of hearing. When speaking, he is extremely loud to the point of being obnoxious. The music is very loud. I think in the attempt to cover his loud voice. We have been to this location twice, and it will be the final time.

- SMShelly McGrierAug 16, 20261.0I’ve been to this Chipotle location several times for dinner, and somehow they are always “out of” something during the busiest times. Tonight it was pico. I asked the first employee if there was more at the other station, and he said no. I asked someone else, and they said there actually was pico available, but they couldn’t give me any. At this point, customer service is completely out the window. There were a bunch of kids working with seemingly no actual adult or manager taking charge of the situation. The entire place felt disorganized and like a complete sh*t show. If you’re going to be out of ingredients during dinner rush, at least put a sign on the door or somewhere customers can see it BEFORE they stand in line. It’s frustrating to wait, get to the counter, and then find out you can’t even order what you came for. Management seriously needs to get this location under control. The lack of organization, communication, and customer service is ridiculous.
