  I was very disappointed, very small portions of everything. This is the first location I’ve been to that’s done this.

  The entire dining area was a pig pen! Food all over the floors, table tops and chairs. A big spill of some liquid coming from a trash can on the floor. Workers were just standing around chatting, when there were no customers instead of cleaning up the place. It was disgusting.

  This location is actually the worst! I swear management offers their employees incentives to “forget” add on’s like guac or queso, because the majority of reviews are about just that. Either they’re being told not to include them or they just don’t give a shit. I paid for a veggie bowl (which SHOULD include guac) and added queso. I got neither. Literally a $17 bowl of hard rice and pinto beans with lettuce and sour cream. Either way, your store sucks and I won’t be back.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. Not only were they out of both chicken and brown rice—two of the main items I usually order—but the customer service was even worse. I understand running out of items happens, but the attitude from the staff was completely unacceptable. The workers were beyond rude, especially Mya, who was the first server on the line. She was dismissive, unfriendly, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. After my family and I sat down to eat, the girls continued to sit nearby talking, staring at us, and making us feel unwelcome. I come to this location all the time and have never felt this disappointed. As a regular customer, I expected much better service and basic respect. This visit was frustrating and honestly made me question coming back.

  Extremely rude and insulting behavior from multiple staff members. The person I walked into literally just stared angrily at me directly in the face and didn't say a word while they were holding their spoon. I don't expect much from Chipotle but this is ridiculous.I went back and asked for the manager. It turns out that the general manager was standing right next to the employee when they were acting this way!! No wonder..... BTW I called the corporate office and gave them all of my contact info. No follow up whatever after at least a week. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to by a long shot.
