  Hello, I visited Chick-fil-A last night around 9:30 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I still have my receipt and order number available if needed. After placing my order, I was instructed to park and wait for my food. I did as asked, but while waiting, I noticed multiple customers receiving their orders before me. I ended up waiting in the parking lot for approximately 30-45 minutes without receiving my food, even as the menu boards were being turned off for the night. I am not usually someone who complains, and I tried to be patient. However, if I had not gotten out of my car to ask about my order, I believe I would have continued waiting without any update. When I spoke to an employee, she told me she would check on it and return, but I waited another 15 minutes before finally hearing back. Although I was eventually given a refund, the situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When I finally received the food, it was completely cold and appeared to have been sitting out for a long time. I also found a long hair in the nuggets and another hair in the salad, which made the experience even worse. I did not end up eating the food at all. I understand that restaurants can get busy, especially at night, but leaving a customer waiting that long without communication and serving cold food in that condition is unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and because of it, I do not plan on returning to the Surprise location. Thank you for your time.

  I had a very simple order. It took at hour to arrive, didn’t get any of the 3 sauces I ordered, and no straw.

  Went inside to place a takeout order around 8:55ish. There were people waiting for their takeout orders and people dining in. As we were ordering, the manager, Antonio, completely cuts us off and tells the young lady taking our order “no dining, get them out of here” and shooed us off with such a disrespectful tone. Not only was that rude to us but also to his fellow coworker. We proceeded to go through the drive thru, food was amazing. Been to this CFA so many times and have never experienced anything like this before. Bummed we had such a horrible experience because of him.

  I got the Jalapeño ranch club regular chicken sandwich combo and my wife got a regular chick fila deluxe meal and the bread was so stale. It was about 820 and the lady said let me check and see what time it is to see if I can take your order really rude about it. Won't go back to this location. Bell road and 83rd it is never had an issue there.
