  First time ordering at this location. Sara, the manager called before making modifications to my order. The substitution allowed for my order to be ready ahead of time. Great staff and customer service !

  I don’t ever go here by choice anymore only when pressed for time to feed kids they pick wings nobody knows anything kids with no direction it seems . It’s always something wrong either. They mixed up my order one time I walked out with somebody else’s the wrong sauce Cold food, says it’s ready. I go pick it up and have to wait 40 more minutes for 20 wings.I always order one on Bell Road much better always gets it right sometimes it’s worth it. I guess just to drive farther

  Update: Sara, the GM contacted me and really put in the effort to make it right. Thank you! Wings had very little sauce during my last two pickups. It’s pretty disappointing to get home and realize they’re dry. The service has been great, but the food quality needs to be more consistent.

  Great food and fast. Though they charge for ranch and veggies now, which is a bummer
