  On Saturday 04/16/2026, while I was washing my hands, a cook did not wash his hands after urinating, grabbed the door handles to exit, and continued his way to the kitchen. I brought by it to the manager's attention, and he kept insisting that the cooks have hand washing stations in the kitchen. The is disgusting and unacceptable. The manager seemed to deny the the cook was wrong in not washing his hands, because they do it elsewhere, but customers still touch the same doorhandle and proceed to eating with those same hands their purchased food. I am 100% disgusted with this action. And to think that this is where I bring my entire family make me want to vomit. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

  DO NOT. I REPEAT! DO NOT order delivery from this location. I can count 5 different times I have ordered from this location and I am missing half the wings, the flavors are completely incorrect, or it arrives with no fries. At the end of the day I’ve called every time and I’ve been told by whatever “manager” is working that I will be refunded or I can come pick up a gift card. The refund for the missing or wrong items never comes. AND OBVIOUSLY I PAID EXTRA AND ORDERED FOR DELIVERY BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO GO PICK IT UP! WHY IN THE WORLD DO YOU THINK I WANT TO GO PICK UP A GIFT CARD? Disappointing… I will be going to sneaky bird for wings from now on, it’s more expensive but at least they get the order correct.

  Worst location and staff. Asst. Mgr Daniel cant read names on take out orders so we drove a total of 1 hour to return the food that was meant for someone else. He's literally incompetent and shouldn't even work in any social setting of any kind. The other short mgr was like a deer in the headlights. Didn't have much to say. Except he likes to ban people from coming back over THEIR MISTAKE! Again, incompetence plays a huge part.

  Places an order online for pick up of 6 wings with fries, a side of ranch, carrots and celery. Got home and there was no ranch, carrots or celery in the bag. On top of that I ordered a bottle pepsi only to find out they didnt have any at the store who gave me a fountain drink instead.

  Sunday 3/12 I came on with my family and we arrive a little early than 11am. Doors were still closed at 11:05 we had to call so we could get in, the service is slow also THEY ONLY HAD 1 SERVER for the 7 or 8 tables that were sitting. Avoid those location if you don’t like to wait I DID NOT SEE A MANAGER PRESENT OR ANY SORT OF HIGHER UP
