  Its barros . Still great pizza . The best "chain" pizza joint around. Ill take Barros over the papa, the hut and the ceaser anyday.

  I love their pizza, its been great every time. However, today (Saturday) I called ahead on my way home from work at 5:30 pm and ordered 3 small pizzas for me and my kids. They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there around 18 minutes later and paid, thinking it'd be done soon. The girl went to check and came back to tell me it wasn't even in the oven yet, but said it should only take 7 to 10 minutes. It ended up taking about 40 minutes for something I thought would be be a quick deal. I can truly understand with that many people coming in, it takes time, but they need to be more honest. After a 16-hour shift, if they had told me when I ordered that it would take so long, I would have just gone to Fry's and been home so much sooner. On a positive note, the girls up front at the registers were doing an amazing job dealing with the dinner rush, they were all very professional and friendly.

  1-Star Review I placed a to-go order around 6:00 PM for two pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and 24 wings. I expected a wait, so I was patient at first. However, I started noticing that customers who arrived after me were getting their food before me. By 6:45 PM, I finally asked about my order and was told the delay was due to the mozzarella sticks. I waited another 20 minutes, and during that time I watched two separate groups—who ordered at least 30 minutes after me—get their food and sit down to eat. That’s completely unacceptable. After waiting nearly an hour, I was told my order was “done” and asked if I still wanted it. Seriously? I paid close to $90 and was treated like my time didn’t matter at all. At that point, I asked for a refund. Thankfully, the manager handled that part professionally, but the overall experience was a complete waste of time. If you’re going to run behind, fine—but don’t prioritize other orders over customers who have been waiting longer, especially for a simple takeout order. There should have been some kind of pause or organization in the kitchen to keep orders fair. I came in expecting to grab my food and leave like everyone else. Instead, I left frustrated and empty-handed.

  The last two pizza i ordered had extra items. I have ordered a large beacon pizza just Beacon no other toppings. But both pizzas i ordered separately someone added pepperoni. I hate pepperoni.I don't know why it was added to my bacon.Only pizza, but they've done it to me two times. I don't think I'll be returning to borrows if you guys can't accurately make pizza.
