  This is my first time coming here and my last I went through the drive-thru ordered a three box meat after receiving my order I was driving took a bite of the mozzarella sticks they were cold like they were just pulled out of the refrigerator cold the chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best upon returning I talked to the manager David Chavez and he said that he's the one who made the order and said there's no way possible that the mozzarella sticks were cold or my chicken sandwich I'm not exaggerating they were out of the refrigerator cold when I explained that to him and told them maybe he needs to cook it longer that he was crazy he got an attitude and said he's not going to argue with me and give me my refund which was why I came back all the food was there took one by the chicken sandwich I won't buy them mozzarella stick like I said I will never be back to this place again management guy needs to figure out what he's doing it's not even busy he must not know how to cook or don't know the temperatures he should be retrained

  Nice environment inside. Staff were nice. Beef n cheddar sandwich was pretty good.

  We were the only ones there and the cashier couldn't get the order right...she was distracted by her headset and I had to repeat myself three times. Consider going elsewhere.

  Love Arby's food overall. Unfortunately there customer service needs some attention. My family placed an order via Door Dash and the store failed to complete the order before sending it with the dasher. Upon calling the store this evening, both the associate that answered the phone and later the manager were both dismissive and argumentative. This was a simple customer service fix. Very disappointing.

  Arbys is always fresh and delicious a bit pricey. But you get what you pay for. This location i dont like the drive thru. Scraped my tires because its so long and narrow and you have to go pretty slow to get through it.
