  Welcomed in, order taken immediately and the staff was engaging and all while completing my order. For it being the dinner hour, the facility was extremely clean with in the dining area as well as where the foid was geing prepared.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Arby’s thanks to Sylvia! She is genuinely one of the sweetest people and provided the kind of customer service you don’t always see anymore. Kindness is free, and she truly showed that. My kids were screaming in the car while I was going through the drive-thru, and Sylvia had the most patience and understanding. She was so friendly and made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy. I also realized I forgot to order Mac & Cheese, so I went inside, and once again Sylvia’s customer service was outstanding, as well as the man working front of house, I didn't catch his name. Both were helpful, kind, and just had such a positive attitude. Thank you, Sylvia, for making my day a little better. Arby’s is lucky to have you! June 12, 2026 7:30PM
