  The $15 'Sonic Masher meal' I got did not even come close to the picture as advertised. Huge let down. No lettuce, no tomato. Just a few pickles and some type of sauce. Someone is definitely asleep at the 'customer expectation' wheel. Saving grace - the customer service was great.

  Sonic in Sierra Vista is awesome! The staff is fast, and the service is great. My favorite treats are the refreshing cherry limeades and the delicious truffle nut ice cream topping. It is the perfect place to pull in and grab a quick, tasty drive-in bite on a warm desert afternoon.

  Get a Clue guys! over $9 (incl. tax) for a breakfast sandwich combo is NOT a good value in any sense of the word! It's a mediocre sandwich.. and some tater tots, and a sweet tea that was basically sugar water (no hint of tea). And try squeezing a F-350 pickup into one of those spaces ??? Who was the Rocket Engineer who thought that was a good idea? I spent the 10 minutes that it took for the order to come, conjuring up alternatives to those costly, and obtrusive ordering thing-a-majigs.

  Pretty good besides the occasional teenagers at night being Rowdy other than that during the day it's pretty good at night it seems to get a little Lively with the teens but good food

  We went to sonic for there $2.50 Americas birthday deal, when we got there we order 2 burgers and 2 drinks. We then waited for 25 minutes. We asked them how much longer and they told us they gave our order to the wrong person. Even tho we hadn't even paid for it yet. When we finally got our food, and our manual was on for so long that the battery died! We got our car back up and working and called the manager. When we explained what happened, instead of listening to the situation, they hung up on us! This is not the first time we've had issues with this sonic location. We will not be returning.
