- AGAmanda GregoryJul 17, 20262.0I order every Friday from Papa John's. They delivered two pizzas to my apartment and the deliver driver girl said one was wrong and they had to bring it back. Why not leace that pizza here if it wss wrong. Now that one is no longer fresh anymore even if its in a bag. You still took 10 min to drive to my apartment 10 min back to papa Johns and 10 mins back. The manager wouldnt refund or at least give me a discount for my next pizza. I know im only one customer but your customer service gets a one star for this at least for the manager. I should had at least had the option to take the tip back. Delivery drivers should always make sure the order is correct.

- DBDaniel BJan 21, 20213.0Edit: Switching to 3 stars as a bad experience shouldn't void good ones. It is easy to leave a bad review when tired and hungry, especially when food arrives late, cold, and incomplete. This spot has people that actually care and are normally great. It is by far the best delivery pizza in town and in a number of years the only issue was undercooked pizza once. This seems to be the result of a bad policy (probably forced down) that punishes everyone and becomes an issue when behavior is not consistent or communicated to customers. They are so afraid of customers claiming they didn't receive orders in an effort to get free food that if you don't answer right away they come back to the door and take your delivery away. I went to grab my food after a call and found nothing there. I called and was told they take it back if they don't witness someone grab it. They have no contact delivery required for every order and previously dropped and left so no issues. This time my food went on a road trip to my house, around town, back to the store, and here again, leaving me with cold food that I had to put in the oven.
