After waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed my order was not ready, so I went to the counter to ask about it. I was informed that their online ordering system was down. While I understand that technical issues happen, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Brittany, the General Manager, told me she could not take my order because it was over $100 and required 24 hours’ notice. My order consisted of only seven sandwiches. Rather than offering a solution, alternative, or any attempt to accommodate the order, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. I understand that businesses have policies, but customer service matters. A simple explanation and a willingness to help would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to use this location again for future work events. Update: Jersey Mike’s was able to accommodate my order! The experience there was entirely stress-free and I would highly recommend!
