After waiting for about 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches, a woman who may have been the manager laid them on the counter, when I asked for a bag she walked away and said "bags are there" pointing behind the counter to a stack of bags. I took one, put the food in it and left. Not one person thanked me, not the person who rang up the order nor the person who rudely told me where the bags were. We go there frequently but may not return.

After waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed my order was not ready, so I went to the counter to ask about it. I was informed that their online ordering system was down. While I understand that technical issues happen, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Brittany, the General Manager, told me she could not take my order because it was over $100 and required 24 hours’ notice. My order consisted of only seven sandwiches. Rather than offering a solution, alternative, or any attempt to accommodate the order, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. I understand that businesses have policies, but customer service matters. A simple explanation and a willingness to help would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to use this location again for future work events. Update: Jersey Mike’s was able to accommodate my order! The experience there was entirely stress-free and I would highly recommend!
