- JJJaviSep 18, 20263.0Missing Guacamole on carne asada bowl. I even asked if they had put the guacamole as I was been asked what to put on the chicken burrito. And asked if they had put the guacamoe on bowl after by mistake they put guacamole on my chicken burritu which they took out. I was told that the carne Asad bowl but it was missing 9nxe ia arrived at home. Tried to call store to get 9reimbursement for the guacamole but it takes you straight to centralized automated service. Also there was no rush at the store. So no excuse for it. Charged for no guacamole. And waiting for over 30 minutes for customer service.

If you use their app, you get a lot of free chips, guac, and sides a lot of the time- just use your points! Staff is really friendly. If you tell them they made a mistake, they are really quick to fix it for you, as long as you are nice about it and know it takes time since they are busy.

Portions are constantly smaller from the staff members in bad moods or staff in a rush and its frustrating. I also consistantly get small fajita veggie portions, (sometimes I can count the veggies on one hand!!!) which is equally frustrating; almost none of the staff give me a decent portion and it's off putting. Do better Chipotle, I love your food but I don't know how often I can keep dealing with shorted portions when I pay good money for my food.

Today I received my food with a live bug in it. When asking for a refund I was only given 50% of my meal cost back. Unfortunately, I can’t be sure I’ll be back again.
