  Just had the freshest most amazing smash burger tonight. Not sure who was working tonight but it was definitely on point the food and service!!!! 8-1-26 7pm

  I just ordered a lemon blast and one of the workers here said this was the first one she made and she asked me to let her know if it was good. This is the most amazing thing that has ever been in my mouth. I am such an idiot when that girl asked me to let her know how it was. I said OK will do like I know the girl so to that girl that gave me my lemon blast it was very amazing and like I said before one of the best things that I’ve ever put in my mouth.I’m thank you so dearly for making this for me and I am so very sorry for how complicated putting in this order was thank you again was very delicious in my mouth

  Okay. I've put this off for seven meals. SEVEN. I work food industry, 15 years, started at Papa John's, another fast food establishment. I REALLY hate having to leave bad reviews. But GUYS. I order from yall almost twice a week. I havent had a correct order for SEVEN ORDERS IN A ROW. The last order you guys absolutely SCORED on was almost a month ago. But even the one before that, I actually managed to catch the problem first and fix it by requesting a remake. This time around, I literally asked for groovy sauce, even requested extra even if they'd charge for it. And still. Nothing. And the most tragic reason that forced me into actually writing a review is I've gotten so used to you messing up my order that every time I manage to catch our missing sauce and request extra, I do so just in case yall forget it next time because its so incredibly likely you will.. I'll start checking my orders more often since apparently, it's necessary, I just know that the exit is narrow, and this town's full of big trucks so I hate being in the way. But I go to you frequently because I'm on a budget and I work 15 hour days as a server myself and your 7$ meal deal is really, REALLY handy. But man. I just wanna eat a burger with no tomatoes and dip my chicken in groovy sauce so I can go to sleep at 12 in the morning to repeat the day again. I used to tip you guys. I still feel bad that I don't anymore, but I literally can't warrant it because of how often my orders wrong. And, I would like to say for the record that it isn't one individual set of night crew members. Its all of you. (I say night because I haven't had nearly as many mistakes when ordering lunch. Day crew makes an honest mistake every now and again but have been solid for us 👍) Edit 08/09/26 I didn't ask for a name, and honestly, that's my bad. But I got my food between 9-10 PM (I just worked a double bro, I can't remember) and one of your drive thru window servers not only repeated my order, not ONLY wiped my drinks the cleanest they've ever been, but dude 😭🥹✌️ He got my entire order right. Down to the groovey SAUUUUCE ✨️ If yall do merit raises, give this man one. ***Quick Addendum*** This bro got my back, but yall still gotta redeem yourselves from your fall, sorry, I gotta be transparent 😭✌️
