  Our first time here and we haven't even left yet but I had to share now. We came in for the lunch buffet with our littles and there is not a single comment I could make towards what would make this visit better. Food is delicious and plenty of. The ladies there were so kind and hard working gals. Pizza factory just took the top spot for our best dining experience in our 5 years up here! Absolutely coming back!

  Great pizza! Love their buffet, you can getvjust the pizza or pay a little more for pizza and salad buffet. All was great! We always love to stop here when we come up from the Valley. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Missy for the wonderful service!

  I’ve had Pizza Factory before, it’s good and fine but I wouldn’t say it’s THE BEST. I took my family there for pizza and had a good experience to start, but after 1 hour and 35 minutes of no pizza, seeing people get their food who arrived after us, we asked for a refund and left. They gave us a coupon to come back but might not

  We went there at lunch time and they were out of a lot of the main pizza ingredients. Basically every pizza we wanted to order they were out of something. We went somewhere else

  Out of chicken, ham, pepperoni at noon on Saturday. Absolute disservice to the people that take their time to go here and be let down by complete lack of preparation and care. -1 star
