  The food itself was good, thats why this isn't a 1 star. However when I arrived the manager was being a dick to a homeless guy who wasn't even causing a problem. When I got my food the fries were upside down in the bag so when I tried fo pull them out they spilled. The sandwich was requested to have no pickle, and they decided to make it with none of the toppings at all except the sauce. I still wanted lettuce and tomato. And they forgot the gravy until I mentioned it but somehow remembered the ketchup I didn't ask for or want. Most of this would be understandable if they were busy, but they weren't.

  No joke this was one of the best fast food meals I have had. It looked amazing, but the food no doubt was cooked with love hot beef patty chilled toppings fries too hot to eat. Place was immaculate and the staff was nothing but all stars. They all deserve a huge tip.

  Cashier was not present when I walked up. Seemed distracted. The chicken sandwich was overcooked. Seemed like it was just tossed together rather than built. Cashier gave another patron a hard time since she had looked homeless.

  I always order my burgers well done and have for a longtime. I eat beef for the protein but I'm allergic to it. I started going to What-a-burger a couple years ago because they cook my burger really welldone. Not this place. May as well just ask for condiments on bread. They meat is barely cooked and it's gross. I won't order from here again. For the time it took to get the order, they could have over cooked my patty. There wasn't even a one behind me.

  As Canadians this was our first time at Whataburger! We actually were shocked at the size and weight of this burger! What a burger!!! I had the chocolate malt shake. IMHO it’s the best most authentic-tasting milkshake at a fast-food franchise burger place period. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff were super attentive and even served our table. Great experience. More expensive than In-N-Out, and ingredients not quite as fresh, but still very tasty, and the portion sizes were ginormous. But for a family-of-six supper out it’s not quite as inexpensive. It felt like more of a splurge. Overall a massive burger with great taste, cool idea for topping options and best milkshake I’ve had in forever.
