  Top golf now has a weird $6 membership fee to even order food or guests and it not easy complicated. Staff were great, and Jakob too great care of us.

  I hosted an event for 13 guys for a bachelor party and it went off flawlessly. My host/server was Jakob and he was such a cool dude. He made the experience very simple and seamless, checked in with me every once in a while and was overall amazing. Hope to see him again soon!

  Great spot for fun, food, and good vibes! I have a membership, and it’s always a great experience. The breakfast flatbreads are amazing — fresh and flavorful. The drinks are good, and the service is great every time. One of the best parts is the view of Talking Stick in the background, which makes the place even more beautiful, especially during sunrise or sunset. Perfect place to hang out with friends, practice your swing, and enjoy food and drinks!

  We had a racist experience. We were told a 15 min wait for our group of mostly black people. The wait exceeded an hour we went to member services multiple times & wasn’t assisted until a non black member of our group went up and complained. We watched multiple guests go ahead of us. & when we were finally seated the entire upstairs was empty. Literally full of empty bays after a hour wait. Disgusting location. I’ll talk badly about here to everyone i know.

  A particularly bad top golf location that feels like management doesn’t really care. We have been to Topgolf numerous times, many of which are with large parties, as thats how you’re encouraged to enjoy Topgolf. However, we booked our party in advance but they were unable to accommodate us fully and had to split our party up. We had tried calling them a total of 37 times over the span of 72 hours prior to our reserved time and never had anyone answer the phone. I initially thought maybe they were too busy to answer the phone but when I arrived to check in the gentleman at the front desk had to step into a full office in the back to ask if they could keep my party together, so there’s definitely plenty of people who can answer a phone. I gave them a lot of benefit of the doubt and considered they could really be that busy since it was a Saturday night, and we were told they were completely booked out. However upon arrival to our multiple split bays, I was shocked to see that there were in fact multiple empty bays. I continued my evening assuming the bays were reserved and not in fact empty until I had decided to try and have my fiancé go and book the bay directly next to one of ours and she was able to do that no issue, and the remaining empty bays sat empty for the entirety of my party. The concept of Topgolf is fun and we’ve enjoyed going before but this location feels like no one there cares all that much. Of all the things we had planned to do for our wedding weekend, Topgolf somehow managed to end up costing way more than expected by adding enough hidden fees such as “play fee” and “new membership” while also finding a way to be one of the least enjoyable things we’ve done. Additionally our screen in bay 117 was broken, preventing that bay from being able to enjoy the game that we paid THAT much money for. I can’t recommend this location as something to do. They’re conveniently situated in a location that is close to numerous other things that are more than likely more enjoyable and cheaper, and in hindsight I would strongly encourage you to find one of those instead.
