- KBKathleen BurkeJul 29, 20262.0Normally have a wonderful experience; today was a particular day; my cashier didn’t have good customer service; first while he was ringing me up I notice the previous customer was still not removing there stuff off the turn table, but the cashier started putting my stuff up there to mix in, than I stated i didn’t need my avocado and lemons (already in their own bag) bagged. Than he replied irritated that’s something you should be telling me ahead of time so I don’t bag them, and I just tell him look at him and said while I was moving my stuff so she doesn’t accidentally take it, than he than he says again, well that’s information we need to know; than I said there’s no need to get upset am just telling you they didn’t need a bag; than he visible gets upset and starts telling me how I can go to another cashier if am being rude and that he doesn’t need to cash me out, I didn’t respond; he continued with his little rant (how am rude and he don’t need to be cashing me out and that he’s blessed and so on) and I continue to just say mmhmm. And he was still talking as I was waiting for my receipt he processed to place it somewhere else rather than just handing it to me because I was literally holding my bags. Anyway cashier Bryan W. Probably shouldn’t work with customer, I can just imagine what’s going to come out of his mouth with someone who’s truly rude.

Someone came over to help me but she added an item for $9 that I didnt even have. I had to wait 10 minutes at customer service to credit me back. I was disappointed and not even an apology
