  A rare day passes when I don't stop by the Starbucks cafe for my morning coffee and a short pleasant morning time sitting outside. Vanessa, the Starbucks Manager is consistently welcoming, helpful and especially attentive to us regular customers. Her calm efficiency, welcoming banter and friendly encouragement for customers to try the newest offerings goes a long way to creating an atmosphere that makes folks want to return. She is to be commended for those attributes and I'm sure that I'm not the only one who leaves with not only a good coffee but a smile on their face from her welcoming efficiency. Welcoming. Efficient. A good brand ambassador for Starbucks. The perfect fit for both Starbucks and Safeway! JohnW Scottsdale AZ

  As much as id love to give this location a 5 star review, theyre getting only one today. Usually , the type to let things go and not cause a riff however, every single time I go into this location I go to the deli. And every single time I have my fingers crossed one of the deli associates is NOT there. The young ladies name is Jessica ( i have verified with the front) . She is CONSTANTLY coughing both in the store and behind her counter . This has been going on well over a year . She will not cover her mouth and just coughs into the air. I am shocked that she has not yet been reprimanded or caused some type of illness in her customers. I do all of my grocery shopping at this location.However for the food she might have contact with, drive down the street to albertsons. I i'm hoping that this account is monitored, and this review will go past just this step. And somebody will take note to the hazard that is, in this store I would love to hear back from whomever is in charge of this account and even More. I would love for this to be addressed and not an ongoing issue. Aside from this experience, I find the store to be clean and well maintained.Hopefully , this area can get on board with the remainder of the store

  I buy a lot of groceries at the store. I just wanna make that known before I start my post. Every time I go to the store, I like to interact with the Pokémon machine when I go grocery shopping. Every single time I go to the machine it’s already been touched by one of the employees because I see them walking away from the machine Almost every time I’ve asked the manager a couple times to stop this they say no, and then they trespassed me from the store for being upset about it. I did not threaten anybody or say anything obscene But for some reason, I was trespassed. Thomas is a terrible manager

  Their pick up is the worst. Got home to find raw meat from another order dripped all over my order. Absolutely disgusting. They of course replaced it when I brought it back and were polite but there's always something wrong with the order. I've received opened containers in the past. Sometimes half my order is missing entirely. There's just always something wrong. I will not be using this again absolutely terrible.

  Andrea was a super sharp lady, who expelled at customer service. And it was Cheap Chicken Day, too!
