  CHRISTIAN SAVE THE DAY LAST WEEK RIGHT BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY AND DUE TO A MIXUP. I WAS ABLE TO FIND SOMEBODY THAT SHOPPED MY ONLINE ORDER FOR ME AND BASICALLY TREATED ME LIKE A KING. I DO ALL MY GROCERY SHOPPING THERE NOW LIKE 100% THE PEOPLE ARE GENUINELY VERY NICE AND KIND. TIFFANY ALWAYS CALLS ME BY MY NAME WHEN I WALK IN GABE IS A ‘ steady eddy’ in CUSTOMER SERVICE.. MADISON, A MANAGER, seems to be a very hard worker, but she’ll always make eye contact and smile and say hello. Those are simply some names to name a few. There are many moral, probably recognize in the future. They always charge the price that is marked on the shelf and you can get in and out of there quickly. There’s a lot more but you can get to somebody there. That’s a real person and will really help you. That’s what I like. I’ve been a customer of this Safeway for years. However, it wasn’t until probably two or three years ago. then I abandoned completely let’s just call a huge big box store nearby and I won’t get into details. It’s not a happy place and I’m all about Service number one. So I highly recommend Safeway I’m usually in there three or four times a week and I’m talking about this THIS Safeway on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. right by Thompson Peak. They are truly the best and the best service I’ve ever gotten from any grocery store anywhere I guess that’s all for now more will come later Christian you went over and above what you did I won’t ever forget it thanks everybody. There are many more deserving names again. I’ll mention them as it comes up the people at the U scan. I think there’s somebody named Brownie. That’s always very present. I just can’t think of all the names right now, but that’s the best place to shop hands-down

  Just wanted to commend the services of your front desk customer service employee by the name of Chron. She was incredibly helpful to me recently when I experienced a problem with a self-checkout issue. For whatever reason, the screen did not offer a cashback option, and I was directed to your customer service desk for assistance. Chron was courteous and knowledgeable, and was able to resolve the issue very quickly in a most professional manner. I wanted to be sure that she receives the “atta girl” comment that she deserves! 😊👍

  I have used the pickup service here for over 2 years . I spend around 5,000 annually at this store. Last week my order was short of all the deli and meat items so I requested a credit for 55.00 dollars. The store has denied it. I will not return my business until they refund my money. Can you imagine the stupidity of management here to lose a customer who spends over 5k a year in groceries at their store over a credit of 55.00 which was their fault? And the response is the standard stupid response below. I’ve already contacted customer support three times. No wonder Safeway is closing stores, the people working there are incompetent fools. I deleted my account and will no longer be shopping at Safeway or Albertsons. You lost $5,000 in business.
