Although that happens every Safeway I go to. And I don't know what it is about the employees behind the counter at the deli but they're like a bunch of zombies and take way too long to acknowledge customers.

They said they couldn’t do it. Then I talked to someone else they ended up doing it and then forgot two items from my order and I only ordered 10 things. The whole situation is mind-boggling, but can’t also say I’m surprised.

AS I WAS RINGING UP MY ITEMS SOME DID NOT RING UP CORRECTLY, INSTEAD OF HELPING SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME TO GO TO CUSTERMER SERVICE? when I questioned her, she got in my face clinching her teeth and yelled again go to customer service! OK... so she would have to delete about 10 items, what I have already rung up , and then I need to go and wait in other line so someone else can help me, I have never experienced this in my 20 + years of going there, the self-checkout cashiers are there to help you not refuse to help and insult you! will never go back to that Safeway ON 64TH STREET AND GREENWAY.
