  Today was my first time trying breakfast. The breakfast burrito did NOT disappoint! It was excellent, hearty, flavorful... it definitely hit the spot! And, the cawfee food it's job lol

  Great deli that I never knew existed. One of the only places in town to get Pork Roll and it was excellent.

  John and his team at Rinaldi's are top notch. Been going here for 20+ years. Brisket sandwich and max burro are phenomenal.

  Took burritos to staff meeting- their first time ever having Rinaldis! Order was ready at scheduled time 8am - everyone loved it! Also thank you for lowering prices/We stopped going for awhile-

  TL;DR - Chicken Parm Sandwich was great! 💯 However the customer service was awful. For the owner, I placed an order on DoorDash 7/18/26 at 3pm Saturday for pick up. I walk in the door and no one is behind the counter and only 2 people sitting down at one of the tables near the kitchen, they looked surprised that I was there and I felt like I was interrupting something. I told them I was there to pick up an order and they slowly made their way to the kitchen and looked at the printer. The order hadn’t been made and they said, “Oh sorry, we didn’t hear the printer beep.” They proceeded to make my order and I got to walk around the restaurant with a 2 year old for 10 minutes while we waited for our order and got to see all of the cool authentic New York decorations. Another woman walked in during the process while my sandwich was in the oven and went to the kitchen speaking to the other workers in Spanish and showing them items she purchased for her personal. Normally I mind my business, but after watching another couple walk in the door and up to the counter standing there for 15-20 seconds they were COMPLETELY IGNORED and they turned around and walked out without ever being acknowledged because they were speaking to the third woman about something completely unrelated. 😬 The food is honestly the only thing that saved this from being a 1 star. My $24 chicken parm sandwich was tasty, great bread, great sauce, chicken was a little mushy from the breading mixing with the sauce. A little crisp on the chicken would have been A+. I hope the workers there were family because no business owner deserves this level of disrespect. Missing tickets and letting customers walk out because of chit-chat is insane in this economy 😂 hopefully the owner finds better! I mean this in the most respectful way possible, just sharing my first time experience with the place.
