  This was such a good place to get some food. I was running errands and hadn't had anything to eat, I saw this place nearby and I stopped in. It was perfect! The spicy chicken was the best I'd had in a while! I'll be stopping here more often! Highly recommend it!

  I imagine this place was created for people who want Chipotle without a side of food poisoning. Best of luck with that... I visited the location on Chaparrel & Scottsdale Rd. It has this weird kind of movie set vibe, like everything was put up in a hurry to try and create an appealing scene and then everything was left alone for too long, without any follow up QC. Or TLC. Details just seem off... The place was empty when we got there. Completely empty. No customers and no staff behind the counter when we walked in, but there were a couple of our bowls from our online order, sitting on the counter mid-prep. Felt kinda weird to have our food just sitting there, unattended. When the staff did arrive, they seemed fine though, smiling and greeting us. It was only when the order was complete that things got a little chippy. We had ordered the free chips and cheese that came with app registration and they weren't in the bag. That's when the counter guy got rude. It all kinda went downhill from there, until the nice manager showed up and at least tried to help. As far as the food, it was barely lukewarm. Also, there was almost no lettuce in my salad and the flour tortilla shell didn't fit in the to go packaging so the staff member just crunched it and twisted until it closed. Not great seeing someone beat your dinner into submission...

  My boyfriend and I went here late at almost close and received phenomenal service from Andres. He was friendly and had amazing customer service. The presentation and care that went into making our order was to perfection.

  Came here for a quick meal and the staff was over the top awesome they were running low on shrimp and Nathan ran as quickly as he could to the back to whip up some fresh shrimp for my wife while Andres toook the time to make sure we felt important sometimes the wonderful food is why you come back to a place but when the service is outstanding it really makes it feel special the team was outstanding
