- MMM. MasonSep 29, 20264.0I had a wonderful experience at Proof! The atmosphere is fantastic, but the real highlight for me was their zero-proof drink menu. They have an excellent selection of mocktails, and the blueberry mojito was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of fresh flavor. The food was also incredibly satisfying. We tried the prime rib, which was cooked perfectly and very flavorful, alongside the wedge salad and the mac & cheese, both of which were excellent additions to the meal. The service and overall vibe were great. Between the delicious food and those amazing drinks, it makes for a wonderful night out. I will definitely be back!

- MLMarcus LacyAug 26, 20265.0Came here for dinner and really enjoyed the atmosphere especially the outdoor area and our server was friendly and attentive and the food came out just as we ordered!! Would definitely come back.
- JFJ M (Texas Foodie)Aug 8, 20264.0Nice restaurant with really friendly and competent staff. They offer free valet which is nice. My guest got the French dip and loved it. I, however, got the traditional breakfast that wasn’t great. The eggs were cooked perfectly but the bacon was beyond ‘limp’. I mean, it was barely cooked. I guess you have to ask for crispy bacon or at least fully cooked. Secondly. Their version of hash browns was exceedingly greasy. I took a couple of bites and the greasiness was just too much. Guys at the valet were great. Too bad the food wasn’t great. I live close to the resort and this would be a nice place to frequent if the food was good.
