- LLLoraine Lipari6 days ago1.0The website for portillo's on 90th street states.patio is pet friendly.But, there's a sign that says NO PETS and they will yell and scold you to make your dog leave.. you cannot eat on the patio.When discussing this with manager.He said there's food out there.No restaurants allow this, which we all know.Living in arizona, is a lie!

There was a very tall Black woman working who was incredibly unprofessional; she was openly mocking and laughing at my family while we were trying to enjoy our meal, which felt targeted and completely out of line for someone in a service role. While the hot dogs are decent enough, the blatant lack of respect from the staff makes it hard to want to come back, as a good menu doesn't make up for being treated like a joke while you're a paying customer.
