Yesterday was another one with my pizza never arriving after I got out of the hospital. HOWEVER, I have to tell you that IAN who helped me when the store re-opened the following day is an absolute ROCKSTAR!! He even followed up after my pizza was delivered to confirm everything went smoothly. LISTEN PIZZA HUT, if IAN isn’t already a manager HE SHOULD BE. IF HE’S ALREADY A MANAGER GIVE HIM A RAISE. Do whatever you can to retain him as an employee. Because I can guarantee you that IAN will have MANY opportunities from other organizations looking to hire him away! He’s a stud. Thanks again for your effort IAN.
