  I ordered Orange Chicken with noodles. My noodles were okay but that was about it. My chicken was dry (they are slightly wet looking in photo from steam and mixing up the bowl to add flavor on them) and the oranges were bad. Very displeased with my order. Won't be returning to this location.

  I went to Pei Wei Asian Cuisine 2 weeks ago on Raintree in Scottsdale after seeing a Facebook ad for 2 entrees for $18. I first tried ordering online, but their website didn't work. I then called the restaurant, placed the order over the phone, and the employee told me the coupon would be applied when I picked up the food. After spending about 30 minutes round trip driving there, I was told the coupon had to be entered before the order and they wouldn't honor it. They also wouldn't let me join the club at pickup to receive the advertised discount, and no effort was made to get a manager involved or resolve the issue. I walked away and left the food on principle and bad service. I emailed corporate office to voice my concern and have not received an email/call back so I called and spoke with a manager who took my name and number and said they would "take care of me" on my next visit. When I called back today, the manager I spoke with seemed inexperienced and immediately dismissed the situation, saying they never compensate customers for bad experiences. Very disappointing customer service and poor communication. Mistakes happen, but refusing to stand behind what your staff tells customers is not a good way to keep business. I will definitely not return and it's no wonder why they only have two star reviews and it is always empty. I told the manager that this place was great under PF Chang's and he said they haven't owned us for 10 years and I told him that it shows and was combative and decided not to resolve the situation.

  I’ve been coming here for years and the teriyaki chicken is my favorite dish. The quality has declined significantly over the years, to the point where you now hardly get any veggies but more importantly the chicken is completely tough and chewy. I could barely even eat it. It’s unfortunate but if my favorite dish isn’t edible then I won’t be planning on coming here any more.

  Refuse to answer phones for online orders, food quality is below sub par. This chain has gone down hill and almost every other review is about food poisoning.
