At the drive-through window, he asked how my day was going, and I laughed and told him it was terrible because we had a rough day of delayed/canceled flights and it was honestly such a stressful 24 hours, with a toddler no less. He said oh no I’m so sorry, can I give you a soft drink or cookie or something? So he gave me a cookie and honestly it was the sweetest thing ever! Thank you!! 😊

Then, in the bag with the pastry was no receipt, no napkins. And the price for the pastry was way too high for the size of the item. The item I bought (asiago twist) was pictured on the menu. The one I received was 1/4 the size of the one in the picture (either that or they found a 1-year-old with excellent dexterity to hold it in the picture).
